Tomorrow has no choice:
It must come, even if it could wish to stay away from what it will be. ... Looking up from the present into the future, we see it approaching, not hurrying, not slowing down, regardless of our fears or hesitation; our holding on to wishing it away or over with: 'No!' No good willing this moment to be longer & outlast the rest. Tomorrow pushes it back and arrives, after multiple warnings and in spite of all our preparation, still turning out to be the tomorrow we never thought would come. It has no choice.
